Can't see Unifi Network Dashboard

Hello Geniuses,

Recently I am unable to see my Network when I log onto my cloudkey Gen 2+. I can’t see in on my laptop or my phone. My Protect system is visible, but not my network. Do I need to restart my CloudKey 2+? I am not sure what I need to do. My network is working and I have internet access, both WiFi and hardwired throughout the house. If I go to Updates, there is a Network Icon and the status is “Starting” with three blue dots at the bottom of that frame.

Update: I updated my Protect, now when I go to the CloudKey Gen2+, I get “Please wait while the console is loading, 1 minute remaining.” But it seems to be stuck there. Oh my gosh, what have I done?



We don’t deal with too many cloudkeys, but when they break it’s often best to reset and restore from backup.
