Can't access Lan subnets when using openvpn

Hi all,

I have a Raspberry Pi using openVPN with PIA which all works fine.
The issue is when I turn on the VPN I cant access any other of my lan subnets.
My Pi has a IP of 172.16.12.100 my Nas has an ip of 172.16.40.10.

Is it possible to have my Pi connected to PIA and still access my NAS? I’m new to openvpn so not sure if this is even possible

You would have to create routing rules to allow for local access.
