Can you use Azure AD authentication in pfSense w/o using other on-premise Windows server services?

We are planning to use Azure AD for SSO and MFA, but most guides that I read requires RADIUS or LDAP from Windows Servers or Azure Domain Services.

I would look into setting up Azure AD DS for LDAP. This wouldn’t require an on-prem server.
