I have been narrowing down on my pfSense (2.6.0) firewall what is preventing windows updates from being downloaded on LAN PCs. I have narrowed it down to Squid (0.4.45_8) blocking downloads despite enabling caching of dynamic content after researching possible solutions. The Do Not Cache did nothing to resolve the issue. I am sure it is Squid causing the issue because if I bypassed the CIDR updates work just fine.
I welcome any advice or suggestions so I can keep my PCs updated without bypassing the firewall.
