Building vertical fiber job - OM4 or OS2?

I’m writing up a scope of work for a building fiber upgrade (6 stories, old work / existing building), we used to spec OM3 but I’m wondering if I should spec OM4 or just jump to OS2.

I’m thinking I’d rather future proof the building and not worry too much in the short term about transceiver costs (which will inevitably drop). What’s the current sweet spot and what else should I be considering?

My opinion is to future proof. It will cost less in the long run than trying up upgrade it later.

For multimode, go OM-5, but long term single mode is probably still a better choice.

Run more than one fibre to each location incase of any issues
