Block YouTube in pfsense

You could add an entry in the DSN in the “Host Overrides” to block it.

Thanks for your replied, but it could not set schedule for timing can access.

This is my issue as well, setting a FW rule with a schedule doesn’t work because YouTube resolves to a different IP every time. So I find that 1 minutes I’ve blocked YouTube :smiley:, then the next minute I’ve blocked Google Maps which I need :expressionless:.

While it’s possible to block YouTube in the DNS Resolver/Forwarder or pfBlockerNG. Those are full-time blocks which isn’t what I’m trying to do :man_shrugging:
