Artefact Tracking on Legal / Medical Case

Have a peculiar problem I am trying to solve.

Right now I have a need of being able to record / catalogue / refer back to various artefacts such as text notes, documents, pdfs, voice files, video footage, images against a timeline for a medical / legal case.

Essentially, I am trying to bring some structure to unstructured data and have the ability to refer back to specific aspects in the future. Was wondering if anyone has a good idea of how to achieve this ?

Google Docs, Office 365, or even an HTML page can do that.

Ah that’s a good steer !

Creating a new MediaWiki virtual machine, will give me the single view of all my data allowing me to drill down, perfect.
