Curious if anyone’s experimented with the new NinjaOne PSA offering? I was briefly looking at it, Syncro, and a few other RMM/PSAs at the moment and was curious.
Also - what integrations to accounting apps are we using? Zoho/QB Online/etc.

I haven’t used PSA myself, but I’ve read through reviews from people who have. Overall, it seems to do a good job of reducing manual work and streamlining the workflow, from tickets to time entries, contracts, and invoices, without having to jump between different tools
Out of curiosity, how do you all bill for your managed services? What are the units that you price on? When I was in this space, we were billing per device (per server, per desktop, per laptop, per switch port, per TB of storage, etc.) and we had a separate billing mechanism for increased or decreased volumes (ARCs and RRCs). After looking at the link attached, I could discern if it is flat rate, per device or what.
