Anyone using msp360 rmm?

I recently switched to msp360backup (Thanks Tom). I’m testing out their RMM tool and it’s pretty good so far. The price is very nice. Has anyone here had experience with it?

I was working with many MSPs, and some of them used MSP360backup and didn’t have any serious concerns. It is a good solution in terms of quality/price.
