We upgraded out lab systems and some of our home ones.

did you have any probles will upgrading

I had no issues, however I did it via the shell commands

pkg-static update -f
pkg-static upgrade -f

i will try that on my real one i did a up dat on my lab on esxi in the cloud that update did go throuth and after the update not internet

I upgraded and didn’t have any issues except I needed to resetup pfblocker-ng and one of my VPN tunnels is down for whatever reason. Haven’t had a chance to dig into it further yet.

Will probably recreate by VPN (OpenVPN Clients) and reinstall/setup all my packages.

EDIT: Has anyone setup Wireguard with any of the VPN companies? Will look into that as well.

Ty i juest finsh doing the upgrade on my pfsense box at home and it workd ty

I had to recreate my OpenVPN tunnel after upgrading because it broke.

it is working now then one on esxk i forgot that i hade a statip from ovh on it and all of my pfsense is working
