I tested Zabbix couple of years ago, but at that time I did not like It.
I will set up a VM to test it again. It seems that they did some serious progress.
Zabbix is another outstanding OSS the other NMS I like is Open NMS out of North CarolinaZabbix is fairly easy to learn and administer, one of the criteria I look for since I am in the SMB market space.
