I’m trying to figure out how to allow my NVR to connect to the UBNT cloud. I setup the ports that unifi video uses but it says to allow solicited UDP traffic from WAN to LAN. How do I allow solicited traffic? I prefer not to open up my NVR to the outside world but the alerts don’t work if it’s not connected to the cloud.
I am not clear on the problem, you don’t need to open up ports if you connect to their cloud.
