Air fiber60 setup

I currently live in a subdivision with crappy internet. Across the bayou, a half a mile away, they have Gigabit. Ikve talked a guy into letting me use his unused cable connection to beam me some decent internet. I want to keep the bare minimum of equipment on the neighbor side. Can I run the antenna (AF60) off the modem (SB8200) without the USG and have the USG on my side? Or will it not work because the antennas need separate IPs, and the modem will only pass 1 IP (public), unless I get the surfboard with routing and WiFi (SBG8300), in which case I’ll be double NAT’d.

Modem - antenna ————— antenna - USG - switches

Vs.

Modem - USG - antenna —————antenna - switches

If you were to bridge the connection
Modem - antenna ————— antenna - USG - switches
You would not have any easy access to configure the the point to points.

This way would be more manageable.
Modem - USG - antenna —————antenna - switches
