My questions list:
1.) What sales tactics worked for you when you first got out there?
2.) What was the hardest part in the beginning, aside from initial startup?
3.) has work/life balanced leveled off to the point that you can take time off?
4.) how did you figure out how to price your services? Was there a metric you setup or did you just bill by time?
5.) What were the significant external roadblocks/bumps that you HAD to overcome to get where you are today.
6.) Is your business scalable or have you ever thought of that. (I apologize about this one, I’m not trying to come off as an asshole I just didn’t know how else to ask)
