I am considering attempting to support a client with SpotOn POS system but i’m not sure if Ubiquiti will work with it on the WIFI or PoE end of things.
I’ve already eliminated a whole bunch of unnecessary gear from their network layout, and started to roll out a full UI switch and AP layout. There is a lot of room for improvement in their network.
SpotOn supplied them a 5.8ghz capable router with some PoE ports. I would like to merge that with into a UI PoE switch instead, if possible see if their mobile PoS terminals would function on the newest UI access points like the U7 Pro Max.
