Very cool studio. I like the lighting. Only sometimes the camera above the head is not exactly perfectly vertical, which personally bothers me a little 
As for the metal cabinet and battery charging, you may be interested in something like Proteng. It is not that expensive and in the worst case it can reduce damage.
