10G connection between office spaces

Looking to rent an adjoining office space and connect the existing network rooms.
Can I simply replace switches on each side with something like Cisco Systems SG250X-24 24 Port GB Smart Switch 10G Uplink and run Cat6A cable (amazon.com/Cable-Matters-Snagless-Shielded-Ethernet/dp/B00HEM6C7C) between? Network rooms are approx 175ft apart.

Any alternative switch recommendations? Would like to stick with Ethernet for the 10G as I am more familiar with and have tools. A 16 port would be sufficient but didn’t see any with 10G Ethernet uplink.

Thanks

These two have copper and fiber options. For fiber, you buy modules that are the same speed and frequency for each end and plug in a patch cable.

I have reviewed and we are using in our office the UniFi US-16-XG 10GbE 16-Port Managed Switch. It works great and has 4 10G rj 45 ports.

Thanks for the recommendations, and sorry for not being clearer, but the existing wiring on both sides is gigabit Ethernet. I wanted to upgrade to a switch with a 10G copper port to link them. Would the Cisco I found above work?

A quick google search shows that the Cisco SG250X-24 does say it has 2 10 Gigabit RJ45 Ethernet ports, so it should work.

Run a 8 or 12 strand singlemode (OS2) fiber between between them. The “speed limit” of singlemode fiber has yet to be found, so it is very solid investment

Not sure how big each space is and how much MDF/IDF distribution you’re doing at each site, but if you’re able to spend the capital now, you could do something like this https://www.fs.com/products/29123.html and have 40Gbps between sites and 10Gbps distribution at each site.
