Long time backend software engineer. I don’t do infrastructure/networking much for a living (well some AWS VPC stuff), but I do get a little carried away with it at home. Moved from Apple Airports some years ago to Ubiquiti gear and just recently swapped out the USG 3P for a Netgate 6100 running pfSense+.
