Xcp-ng on ryzen 3600

When I try to install xcp-ng latest version on an AMD ryzen 5 3600 system, there is a kernel panic and the system reboots. What could I be doing wrong ?

Instead of posting images, post the text from them as it will help with searching, specifically the error message “iommu_init”

Yes, seems like the same issue I had with my Ryzen 9 5950X. I think the other option if you still prefer to run 8.2 for now is to turn off SR-IOV in the BIOS.

XCP-NG 8.3 beta - anyone running it?

It seems I had to install 8.3 to get BIOS IOMMU to work with my new Ryzen 9 5950X server, but over the last couple days it’s been running fine. I’m also looking forward to testing Win11 with this AMD vTPM!

I’ve been having problems getting XC-PNG to install as well. I’m using a ryzen proc on MSI motherboard. I currently do not have IOMMU turned on, should that be on or off?
