hi, I have a Watchguard T20 (non-wireless) model, I’ve switched to Ubiquiti and I wondered if I could use the unit for something else?
It has 4-5 ports on the back and some status lights on the front.

Its way too slow for anything serious today.
Add it to the e-waste
I don’t know much about this model, so maybe electricity wise this won’t make sense, but I like to use older purpose built things as monitoring devices. I have some old thin clients, for example, that run NUT to monitor my UPS units or that just run líbrenms or nagios. That way you get to keep the monitoring stack separate from the things that are being monitored.
Thanks Tim and everyone who replied, seems that it’s not much use, so I’ll take it apart and have a look at the inside, the psu is pretty good at 12v.
