You’ve mentioned in many of your xcp-ng videos that you recommend the support plans for your enterprise customers. How do you decide which of the plans to recommend to your clients? For instance the standard support for xcp-ng only includes a guarantee of 1 day response time which seems light for an enterprise, but the enterprise plan is 1200 per host which I’m assuming means at least 2400 since what’s the point if you don’t have at least 2 hosts. This isn’t terribly expensive but does start to mount for the SMB when charged on a yearly basis. For instance I don’t think our current VMWare yearly support is much different.
Also on the Xen Orchestra plans what do you find most folks are using and are they finding it worthwhile.
