Upgraded from FreeNAS to TrueNAS but Need Permissions

I upgraded FreeNAS to TrueNAS-12.0-U5.1 by watching the video. Everything went very well. Also viewed the video on permissions, but it only showed creating new accounts and shares. How do I change/add permissions to what is already there to be available in Windows?

Thanks,
Craig

Use the same account names in TrueNAS as you are using in Windows.

This is on my home system, with no Windows accounts or passwords. When I upgraded to TruNAS, all of my Pools/dataset permissions are root (user) and wheel (group) from FreeNAS.

Then you need to create a user as using root is no loner supported.

Where? On Windows? Please be more specific on what to do and where to do them.

Both, create a users on TrueNAS, set permission on dataset to that user, use the same username in Windows.
