Picked up the 5G Max and i’m trying to figure out how to activate CyberSecure. When I click on the activate button it takes to Site Manager but no devices are listed on site manager. CyberSecure wasn’t purchased up front if that makes a difference somehow. Anyone care to tell me what i’m doing wrong here? Tried posting on some other sites and the post just keep getting auto deleted. 
Do you have the system registered with Site Manager? And if so have you opened up a ticket with UniFi?

Finally got it to populate after just factory resetting it.
