For clarification, do hard wired VOIP devices have the same issue?

Hi thanks for the response and no they don’t.

Try lowering the channel width on the access points or changing the channels.

Hi,

Let’s give a bit more detail to this issue,
We are using grandstream wp810 devices for our voip wifi.
The site has 13 acess points.

We see that all wifi devices are roaming properply from AP to AP
Only our voip devices are disconnecting and connecting. → could be the device itself or a combination.
So that’s why we have lost packets in the line and the line goes from super good quality to poor quality and then back to super good.

Any thoughts ?

Kind regards

Wietse

Nope, I have never used any Grandstream WiFi VOIP phones so not sure where the issue is.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
