Hello there, Ok I have a strange one here and not sure where to start really. The UDM7 is setup in India and is connected to the internet there. I can access the UDM7 via the unifi.ui.com with no issues. But a computer connected to the unit has no internet traffic at all. The pc is picking up the dhcp schema from the UDM7 and seem ok there but no traffic. This UDM7 is also connected to a UDM Pro in Oregon via vpn with site magic. Everything looks good there as well.
Pc is connected to the internal WIFI and get internet, When connected to the UDM7 WIFI no traffic and same with a lan cable, If the pc is connected to there network via a cable it works fine also.
So what have I done wrong here?
Can the PC behind the UDM ping the UDM IP address?
Yes they can and figured it out, I had to factory reset the UDM7 and start over, Once it did a fresh start up it started passing data through it. I think it has something to do with there ISP modem overseas vrs state side on detection
