I watch the whole video of Tom about how to grant ACL and permissions and copying step by step and even using the same user and data sets i am getting bounce back as the user has no permissions.
Please advice why im having this issue and how to fix it.
I am runing Truenas-12.0-U6 8gb ram 2tb of HDD space
When in doubt strip all the permissions and start over. Every time someone has hired us to fix a permissions issue that is the first thing I do then apply the permissions as I do in this video. Solves the problem most every time. And when it does not solve it I usually find typos that were causing the issue.
