Remote management of systems

I would like to see if for a video is possible to look into remote management of systems, like x orchestra, pfsense, and freeNAS to name a few. I being looking at this and saw that over vpn, either open or l2tp you can do it, but what if its a non static ip for example

We use OpenVPN and you can use a Dynamic DNS service to keep up with the IP address changes.

thanks, but is it possible to do that over a router like USG?

I know that USG has Dynamic DNS services available, you can then use openvpn on the pfsense server to connect. Alternatively Tom has done a video about how to setup openvpn on a standalone machine. https://youtu.be/IneAGgh9hQg
