Tom one of the reasons I don’t do the MSP thing, but I do deal with DR solutions and protecting data at rest. I pass along MSP work to others just got tired of fixing outlook and printer issues plus did not want a big payroll. Getting off topic so that is all.

All I can say is “D’oh!”. Although, I can see where it’d be kind of easy to get caught with your pants down. And with this I can understand why @g-aitc feels the way he does about being an MSP (both points! Lol).
