Pfsense Limiter for only WAN

Hi,

I am using limiter to limit WAN bandwidth of a VLAN to 10 Mbps, but I notice than it also limits internal Lan speed too.

Is there a way to just limit WAN bandwith for VLAN’s in pfsense.
