Have a netgate 7100 and having some weird issues I can not figure out.
I have a cisco 3750x as a layer 3 switch.
several vlans on it.

I add the 7100 and made it the default GW for vlan 2 and added static routes for the other vlans back to the 3750 to get started.
now I want to segment this traffic so I enabled one of the 10g ports and created a L2 vlan on the 3750 < vlan3> for testing.
on the 7100 the 10g port i named opt110gLAN. I created vlan3 < 192.168.3.0/24 with its ip being .1> and assigned it to the opt1 port and set up a dhcp server.
Set the range for 192.168.3.20 - 100 network is a /24. test wired device would pick up and ip but it keeps getting .2 and not picking up where it should start < .20>
On the 3750, one of the 10g ports is trunked with all vlans allowed, stp is forwarding the vlans, no blocking.
my WLC < 5508> i added an ssid and pointed it to vlan 3 also and can not pick up an address at all. I know these 7100’s are a bit weird using the switch ports and vlans but I assumed using the 10g interface would be straight fwd.
any help would be appreciated.
