Migrating Windows VM to XCP

Hi,
I am trying to import a Windows server VM with multiple disks to XCP.
Is there any tutorial on the same. I want to use the vmdk file for the process as exporting my OVF from the esxi seems to be taking too long.

I read in one of the post tom had asked to use clonezilla. But its too vague for me to go through the process.

Has anyone done the same and can help me on the steps.

Thanks in advance.

Regards.
samba.

This process works and you would just repeat for each disk.

Oh, so you do one only do one disk at a time?

I have a Windows 10 desktop PC I’ve been trying to convert using this video, and have been selecting both NVMEs. It has 2. One for the Windows install (120GiB), and one for my data (1TiB).

So if I understand correctly, I need to make a VHD for each drive?

Stupid me. I’ve been trying to do both drives at the same time. No wonder it keeps hanging.

Thanks for the clarification.

It seems to hang at about 99% when trying to do the C:\ drive (with the Recovery & EFI, or just the EFI partition). I left it for a number of hours (after it had reached 99%).

Task Manager shows Disk2VHD Converter has no CPU or disk usage.

VSS is enabled, source is 120GiB, destination is 6TiB

Edit: VHD file size is 80.8Gib, but the amount used on the disk is 89.4GiB.

Should I try again, or should I try Clonezilla? Or do you think it actually finished, & the drive will work?
