I have a weird thing with Microsoft. For some reason they flagged our domain as harmful and even support can’t tell why.
When we are sending emails to other M365 users and our signature contains our domain, it is not getting delivered.
I tested a few things between my personal Google Workplace, personal M365 Business Standard and work M365.
I checked different sites for blacklisting and the domain looks healthy, only for Microsoft.
Does anybody have experience with this? We submitted claim within the Microsoft Admin portal, but they were not to helpful.
Really Abelcine? This is going to cost you a bunch of money if they don’t get it fixed.
I manually walked through each portion of the site, and it’s working without throwing anything from my filtering. It’s possible someone using m365 right clicked and reported an email as phishing.
I am clueless because the site looks ok on Virustotal, urlscan.io, Cloudflare radar. The only issue is within M365. I think they have to report a lot of emails as SPAM to flag it.
Places where we send out bulk emails are healthy too.
I just wanted to follow up, because it was a weird thing. Teams were marking messages and we had trouble with emails.
Reached out multiple times to MS Support, but they never communicated any meaningful things. It is resolved, but we don’t know why.
The Cloudflare proxy IP is still on the list, but I couldn’t find any other place where our domain or IPs were blacklisted.
I’m guessing someone reported it as phishing because they wanted to stop the marketing emails from coming in. If there is anything I can help you test, just reach out on my email and I’ll see what I can do.
Nope, it never went through, but I can have someone look at our system and see if they can dig out why it never went. Should have at least gone to junk unless the domain was reported for phishing or some other harmful content.
