i do lose connection to my netgate 3100 randomly. (latest firmware on nategate)
Did set up a simple ping, from two of my computers to the firewall and to 1.1.1.1. i do get “General failure” from my windows computer to the firewall. just a couple of seconds then it is back.
My linux laptop was fine at the same time, both connection to firewall and WAN.
is there any way to se in the Netgate any logs for the loss in traffic to a specific client? or in windows for that matter.
a little update.
I did find an error in windows logs. “e2fexpress cannot be found”, that is the eathernet interface. will try to update the firmware of the controller.
