I have a windows 10 system with 2 x 3090’s. It was working fine and I took one out to upgrade the cooler to an AIO. When I put the card back into the system it appears in the Device Manager but the card is inaccessible. Also, after the computer completes booting the card that isn’t working right ramps up the fans to full speed. The other card just sits idle. I can’t for the life of me figure out what happened. Perhaps the card was damaged somehow when I installed the AIO? I just thought I would ask in case I am missing something simple. TIA.
