Hello everyone, I’m new to the forum. I’ve watched pfblocker setup and so far everything seems fine except I am unable to access Telegram on the web and my phone app on my LAN, works fine on my phone when i switch to LTE.
Looking at Reports I see my phone and the Telegram IP network. What should I do with that info? Thanks.

You have to turn off the blocking of pfb_Top_V4 as it lists telegram or white list the IP’s
