Hi all, new to these forums but I did a quick search and the results are about a year old so I thought I’d surface it again.
What do you recommend for a ticketing/crm app?
Right now I don’t want a full PSA and am using Zoho suite but would prefer in house/open source
We are still just using email.
I’ve been testing out the FreshDesk, FreshPing, etc etc etc group of offerings of late. It’s not bad. I like to use a ticketing sys, so I can see response times, resolution times, etc etc.
SO far FreshDesk has been ok.

I tried it a while ago and it worked good. Looks like they updated the user interface and made things a bit more modern. Cool.
