freePBX outgoing calls dropped after 30 seconds

Hi Guys,

We have an issue where some of our outgoing calls are dropped after 30 - 32 seconds.

I posted in the freePBX forum but didnt get any help.

I have NAT setup on pfSense to forward SIP provider network, SIP ports and RTP ports to the PBX. I have also tried adjusting the settings in freePBX but dont seem to be able to fix the issue definitively.

Does anybody have any other suggestions?

Review the setting for your SIP provider they probably have some weird setting that needs to be added to FreePBX.
