Freenas 11 0.0.0.0 Unable To Change

Probably something easy but I’m unable to choose another address on the web gui page in System> General. I have a 4 port intel nic installed with 2 interfaces active. I was trying to set up an iscsi portal on one of the interfaces but its the same there as well…can only choose 0.0.0.0?

I get an ip address assigned by DHCP fine and this address is shown on the start up screen…but I get 0.0.0.0. from within the gui. I also tried a static ip but still the same.

Any help appreciated…thanks.

It should work as long as you have it assigned static. Once you assign it, reboot and see if the option shows up.

Did try that originally and it didn’t work…tried again and its working now…thanks Tom
