Changing LAN to OPT1

Hello i have a pfsense box SG-2440
my LAN interface is not working i think the interface is bad when i plug in patch cable no activity at all, but when i plug into the OPT1 its ok.

I want to change my LAN to OPT1.
Already configure it using console 2 - Set interface IP > set ip address > enable dhcp on the interface . but i cant get a dhcp address and i cant open the web gui.

please help thanks

You have to add the rules to allow traffic on the interface.
